For one night, on September 7, chef Christophe Lerouy, renowned for his omakase-style French cooking with Alsatian influences, will join forces with chef Masashi Horiuchi, known for a unique cooking style which blends Japanese precision and aesthetics with classic French techniques, at Entier French Dining in Kuala Lumpur.

The patron chef of Lerouy (1-Michelin star) in Singapore, Christophe’s expertise is rooted in classical French techniques which he honed under legendary chefs like Guy Martin, and the Pourcel brothers. At Lerouy he creates fine-dining dishes with produce he has on-hand which are inspired by his global culinary adventures in Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Marrakesh.

Chef Masashi Horiuchi, Tatler Chef of The Year for 2024, is a distinguished Japanese chef celebrated for his mastery of French cuisine at Entier French Dining in KL. Masashi earned his stripes working for legendary French chef Joel Robuchon in London before relocating to Kuala Lumpur and opening nose-to-tail restaurant Entier on the top floor of the Alila Hotel; now one of the city’s busiest restaurants.
